Thursday---
4th graders were discussing boyfriend and girlfriend...The girl was like ewww...At that moment i walked up and put my arm around the girl, and was going to say hi. But before I could say "hi", I got these words yelled at me...."Get your hands off of me, ewe, stop touching me". Followed by a turn and look me in the eye, she was shocked it was me and not the boy standing next to her. I just smiled and she laughed uncontrollably at her actions...Later in the day, all we could do was laugh when we saw each other...She later told me, she didn't know I was there.

I've been having an issue this week of many kids wanting to sit out of P.E. because they are sick...
Here is what today brought.... A note from a 1st Grader----(in their handwriting)
"My Mom said that I have to sit out of P.E. today becuse I hav been cofing alot. "

I let them sit out for just the running...then they played the game...Today the child told me that she was playing...With a smile on her face.
