Holiday Cheer

weekend started off with the tradition of "Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat" at Eastlight Theatre.(Leslie-- So nice to enjoy the night with you--we had seats right next to each other) My Brother and his wife and son, were performing. It's a tradition December we seem to have continued since 1996. Jaden--my neice enjoyed the evening watching her parents perform this great musical. We enjoyed dinner at her favorite place"Jimmy Johns"...mmmmm good pick.

Saturday was spent baking with an awesome college friend. We have enjoyed each other since our junior year in college. I had a blast Natalie...The evening was spent at our Bethany Candelight and Carols at 5 points in Washington, IL. What a great Performance! It truly was a blessing to worship. The night didn't end there. A group of friends celebrated Holly's Birthday. It was a late night, but so enjoyable. We truly are blessed by you Holly, and thankful for the positive results of your recent cancer history. God is so good and I am thankful to share your journey with you.
Sunday was a day of Worship and Rest. Our church is excited our pastor has decided to teach us "Revelation". I know that I need to be taught more on eschatology. May our hearts be op
en to God's Word and his teaching.

WOW! I made the blog post!! I had a great time getting to sit by you too. As always, Joseph was fun to watch.

Today Alli saw a commercial of some kids dancing and she thought one of them was Jaden. :) I thought that was kind of funny. Maybe she'll follow in her mama's footsteps and be the Narrator one day!
